attn Eibach/tokiko owners... question for ya =)

hey guys,

im in the market to purchase some new tires for the SHO, and ive been really considering dunlop sp sport 9000 tires... in a 225/55/zr16 tire size.

my question is, have any of you had rubbing problems due to this tire size?

I have the Eibach/ Tokico setup on my '93 ATX as well and am running 235/45-R17 with no rubbing.

Actually, I do rub the inside at FULL lock, but even then it ain't bad.

ive decided to stick some of the sp sport 9000 tires on the stocker slicers for my trip out to oregon [225/55/zr16] once i get there, and get situated in my new job and all, im going to invest in a nice set of borbet type e's like john hrinsin has got on his 95, but im going to send them off and get them powder coated a nice anthracite grey [similar to the anthracite/chrome color combo im doing shortly for the intake] should be a mean ride when im done =)

anyway, i really appreciate the input =) it really helped with my decision =D

Look up the NWSHOC club when you get out here to Oregon.

And to answer your question 225/55/16 are just fine for either gen1 or gen2 eibach equipped cars when mounted on stock slicers.
