when installing aluminum subframe bushings, is there anything that needs to be reused from the original bushings besides the bolts? Im under the impression that you just gotta pop those babies in there and thats that. also what should they be tourqed too?

Not at all, just place them in. I torqued mine to 85 ft. lbs.

it's advisable to use new hardware from the SFB recall kit on the front bolts if they are original.

I TQ my AL SFB's to 100 lb/ft usually, but anywhere from 79 to 100 lb/ft is plenty. Make sure you put a little light oil on the bolt threads before assembly otherwise you could be torquing against a burr in the metal or what not. Being in the Northeast I use a little antisieze on just about everything I do from AL SFB installs to clutch jobs to engine swaps, just means you get more accutate TQ numbers when tightening.
