I need a new steering knuckle and was wondering if the ones on a 1993 SHO ATX were made special for them or could I just go to a junk yard and pick up any steering knuckle that I wanted

I think 94-95 SHO knuckles are the same as regular SLO knuckles but I am not 100% sure.

All Taurus (Taurii) (SLO/SHO)used the same knuckles for their specific year. The only difference is some SLO's did not have ABS...so the knuckle won't have the hole for the ABS sensor. So, make sure you find one with ABS.

'93 Tauri had different knuckles due to the caliper/brake setup.

The '94-95 knuckles will bolt right onto your car. You have to change to the '94-95 brackets & calipers...or you can do the '96 upgrade.

Either way, you get a larger rotor and a better braking system.

So, you can fine any '93 Tauri knuckle that has ABS sensors and it will fit.
