I have a set I bought for my ATX awhile ago and want to install them in a MTX. The part numbers are different so I thought I would ask.

The difference is the heater circuit.
The three wire systems use the body of the sensor for ground and have the heater power switched to it when required.
The 4-wire sensors have both a hot and a return line for the heater. The hot wire is usually always hot in RUN and the low side of the heater is switched by the PCM.
They are not interchangeble.
