Anyone know if we can forscan and add global close to the windows?

I can't even get the remote window close to work at all on my 2016. I hold unlock for 3 seconds and they open, but holding lock doesn't do anything. Am I doing something wrong?

Global close is not available on the SHO. It would require swapping out the window motors for the units that come in the MKS and then enabling via Forscan or IDS.

I agree. But they should have added it to the sho, they have safetys in all the windows. If you hold down the window while trying to put it up, it goes back down. So its not like it was unsafe for the sho to have it. Just another nonsense reason to buy the more expensive Lincoln model

I did compare the window motor and they are pretty different. With enough effort you can do anything, probably not worth it though

my SHO’s all open all 4 windows and the sunroof with 1 button hold so don’t think that has anything to do with it.

so did you add the rear window open with Forscan ??
