We have recently noticed the passenger side BLISS light will come on and stay on for several seconds just driving down the road. It is not consistent just annoying when it happens.
Mine does that randomly. It went in for the TSB, but still does it. I can be out in the country, with nothing but fields on both sides and it will light up.
Mine does it when there is guide rails, hills, or anything to the side of the car, but not if it is flat. It doesn't bother me enough to have it looked at right now.
YEs mine does that, it also gives me a sensor blocked error on occasion. It also activates the exit gate in my parking garage. I have to turn it off prior to exiting every day, or is closes the gate on the roof of the car. Ask me how I know that.
Mine has had the TSB done on it, and it has been looked at two other times. I just put up with it now.
Same. I had TSB done and it still did it. Went back to dealer and they eventually referred me to the manual where it apparently says this is new technology and errors may occur. Boy that's helpful. I mean I still like it and all but once a month or so I get "BLIS not available" and it is clear no one at ford knows why.
