The rear of suspension of my SHO squeaks considerably. The local muffler/suspension shop has looked at it and found nothing major wrong. I have so far replaced the rear swaybar endlinks. As I see it, there are only two more things that could be the cause of the noise: the shocks or the swaybar bushings.
I have driven the car without the swaybar and it was resonposible for a lot of the squeaks. I did not change the bushings yet because my swaybar is so rusty that I am not sure it is worth putting bushings on it without replacing it.
Some noise is still probably coming from the shocks, but I am not sure. They are pricey so I am not going to replace them unless I have to. Anyone else replace their shocks yet? Is there something else that could be responsible for the squeaks?
