I'd like to know if anyone found a good anti-glare screen for the 8" Sync display in the Gen 4 SHO? I inserted a piece of plastic between the two dash overhands to span the gap over the screen in my 2011 SHO. It provides enough shade to the screen in most circumstances but also shades the buttons above the screen. I'd like to remove the plastic and use a legitimate anti-glare screen but my online searching hasn't come up with any for the 2011-2012, just for the 2013 and up.

Update: I reached out to Lexerd since they're site doesn't list anti-glare screens for anything earlier than 2015. They said to place my order and specify the car I'm putting it in and they'll make sure it fits. I'm willing to give that a shot and will provide an update, with pics if there's value to that, once I get it and get it installed.

Received the glare screen yesterday. Prepped the Sync screen just like putting a protector (4-1/8" high x 6-7/8" wide) on a cell phone before installing the protector. It's about 1/8" higher than needed and 1/8" narrower, but that's on my measuring, not their cutting. (If you order one, I recommend asking for 4" high by 7" wide.) There is a slight loss of brightness and sharpness of the image, but nearly all the glare is gone, especially with the sun above the windshield. The only glare remains when the sun comes in directly on the screen through the passenger window, which is just about impossible to get rid of without tinting the side windows. I can increase the brightness of the screen, so that loss isn't an issue. As for the sharpness, the car and Sync screen are 11 years old, so expecting it to be as clear as the OLED on our phones is unrealistic. Overall, I'm quite happy with it, especially since Lexerd provides two screen protectors in the purchase. I tried to get pics but you really can't see much from them -- might have been better if I'd take "before" pictures.
