Ok in my turbo shogun I installed some one-way valves for the brake booster and butterfly actuator and the BOV , so the boost dont blow in these things.

Do I need another one way valve for the stock fuel regulator?

and

Im on stock ford plugs , do I need colder plugs at this point? (4-5 psi)?

No the stock reg will be fine under pressure . The BOV dosen't require one either . The only real worry wth boost on a SHO (besides the obvious ) is the PCV system . Everyone has their own way.

BOV should not have a check valve on it. If it did, they would build them in. The boost helps keep them shut so they do not leak. Putting a check valve in could also lead to it not sealing correctly as it would only allow the diaphragm to breath one way.

Braker booster... Most have a check valve built into them. Doesn't hurt, but I've read people having falures with additional valves leading to no assisted braking.

Fuel pressure regulator... You WANT boost to be seen on the port so it can rise to a 1:1 ratio based on boost. You may want to sit down and read a bit more on boost.

Butterflies... Never had an issue. The canister in the back only flows one way.

PCV... Vent to atmosphere or turbo inlet, preferably with a catch can or AOS.

PCV is already catch canned.

For the BOV , its a stock plastic BOV off a dodge shadow turbo , and it had a check valve before it (on the small line).

So now I donno what to do :)

What about the plugs?

I say ditch the check valves . I ran low boost on stock plugs for a while with no issues but soon changed them out for autolite 3923's .

Ah, you're using a cheap Bosch BOV, huh? I highly recommend something better.

i recommend not using the autolite 2923. I have had nothing but issues. Other people have had good luck with the autolite racing plug.
