Last minute parts ordering is my speciality. Even so, Josh had it under control and the parts I ordered last Thursday arrived here yesterday.
Josh has always been great in the communication department and some of the parts that I had ordered were not in stock. He gave me the option of receiving those parts later this week or if I got them locally he said he'd refund the cost of those parts. Given that I ordered at the last minute I did end up having to get those parts locally but Josh promptly refunded the cost.
So any of you guys who haven't ordered from Josh, you don't know what you're missing. He's at the very top of the customer service department in my opinion.
