ok i finally finished doing my brakes, new calipers front and rear, new rotors front and rear, also new pads, and new braided steel lines along with re-line the whole car, i have a 2 part question first is on the brake pads they have the spring loaded ears on top, i think i messed up in the front, do those ears go through the caliper slot or do they stay inside the caliper and push down? second question passenger side rear started really groaning today especially when i make a left hand turn, rim gets very hot i had white slicers, now the rim looks like the sun because its so yellow, i dont understand what the problem is everything is brand new and i did it right, do i have to back off the e-brake because of new pads if so why doesnt the drivers side do it, i can smell the brakes like they are stuck on when im driving thanks

Stop driving that car until you figure out whats happening. A brake fluid fire is gauranteed. And you might not have a fresh Dunkin Donuts coffee to throw on it...

The spring/wire "ears" just press down, the caliper kind of spreads them apart.

About the rear brake, you probably have sticking or seized slider pins on that caliper...they are the smooth metal shafts that bolt the caliper to the bracket, and allow the caliper to "float" inboard/outboard as needed. Pull them out, clean them up till they are shiny, put a bit of grease on them, replace the little rubber "boots" if they are torn, and put it all back together. This seems to be a very common issue for Ford rear disc brakes, I have experienced on three different models of Ford cars.

can the slider pins stick or seize even on brand new calipers?

New calipers don't have the slider pins in them. The slider pins are in the bracket the the caliper bolts to. Actually, the bolts that hold the caliper to the bracket are the slider pins.

You might not have bleed the lines all the way. Your rear passenger line is the longest away from the MC. If all the lines aren't bled completely you can get sticky calipers....don't ask me how I know that.

I'd bleed that wheel - bleed it plenty. If you find air purge the rest of the system.

well for right now i greased the slider pins and the wheel moves freely while jacked up where before i took the tire off and it didnt move freely so hoping that was the only problem, and as for the bleeding when i first went to bleed it after changing the braided lines and calipers, it shot out fine(yes i bleed that one first) but now it just dribbles not sure what that means, and am i correct when thinking i realy dont have to bleed my abs, when my abs does not work?
