another headlight question

I have done some searching and found a few sho owners with hid kits but to make that work looks like they got rid of stock diffuser and used a projector beam headlamp. my question is being on a budget is the best and only thing i can do is silverstars with harness or is there better out there?

I have silverstars and a harness and I love them. Was going to do ture HID's but dont know if I am gonna have the car much longer..but we shall see....we shall see
