Amazing what 100lbs can change.

Car is an absolute blast to drive now... pulls harder, turns harder, brakes harder....

Can't wait to get some lighter seats in there... those Cargo Ship anchors are just nuts....

Thought I'd share....

Carpet/sound material/center console/trunk material/some trim pieces.
I still have headliner, door panels, and side trim pieces... so that when you look in, it still looks "Stock"... I am going to paint the floor black, or throw some Rhino liner down.

Allthough, I did throw the back seats back on(just because), but my total weight savings throughout the car is well above 100lbs now.

I did have right around 100lbs out of the car last night, but today I put the back seats back in.. but they are not that heavy... Once I get the lighter front seats in that will offset the rear seats weight, and then some.

hahaha, Join the club. My white 92 gained half a second in the 1/4 when I gutted it, And it would have gone faster if it wasent overheating that night at the track.

Aside from the lighter seats, the only other weight reduc. I have planned are OR52's..

I think then my total weight savings will be close to 200lbs.

BTW, that vid is kinda old.
The new setup pulls alot harder than that.

Guess I need to grab a new vid, huh?

I stripped my trunk, backseat, center console, passengers seat and other small stuff and the handling and acceleration was noticeably improved.
