Well the past 2 days every once in a while when I'm slowing down to park somewhere the car dies. Don't make no funny sounds, bat light turns on and motor goes off, all interior lights stay lit up, just the motor stops, it will start instantly after that too. But if I keep rolling after it dies the bat light will keep blinking. Any ideas, I'm hoping not the alt, but most likely, although I don't think I'd have interior lights if it was that.

Your battery light comes on because the engine is stalled.

Sounds like a crank sensor in the early stages of demise.

Check your cables, and the voltage @ the battery at idle and with the engine off.

You might want to try the idle reset procedure since the engine computer apparently does not remember how. If that doesn't help. you should check the EEC codes as your vehicle speed sensor (VSS) or other sensor may be faulting.
