Alright, this is the last thread I'm making about the convention...

I tried to think of a nice way to say this, but I can't. I'm not going to be able to go. I was SO ready to go and have a great time but I'm moving into my own house the weekend prior and that is sucking up all my fundage for the trip. I definitely still want to help out those that are going in any way that I can.
I have a hotel reservation at the LaQuinta (next to the Marriott), and if they will let me transfer it to someone else, it's up for grabs. If you want it, speak up now, and I will call them and see what can be done. From what I've heard, there are no more rooms available at either hotel.
As far as the caravan goes, if someone else wants to lead, I'll pass on any directions and stopping points that I've organized thus far.

Turns out I still have that week off work anyway, but I will probably still be trying to settle into the new house. If anyone else can't afford to go but wants to come up to Jax for a day or two, you're definitely welcome to come hang out with me! I'm sorry this is so last minute. I didn't expect to flake out on everyone, and I feel terrible. I hope I can make it up to you guys with an awesome meet for us in the near future.

So who else is actually going? Let me know if any of you need my assistance with anything.

Hmm, I wasn't planning to go, but I got to thinking and I might be able to swing it. I do need to take a vacation sometime this summer...

I might be interested in the room, but I won't know till mid-late this week. I'll have to look into it some more. Its a shame that you can't go.

Ok, the only reason I am not a member of you guys club yet is because the account that I have on paypal does not get any money put into it until the 1st. But, I will put money into it then. But, me and the wife might be able to come hang out and meet some of the club members. Also, I can bring whatever parts you need from those Gen 1's I am stripping this weekend. What exactly did you(or any one else with a Gen 1 for that matter) need?

Yeah, I got pretty lucky. This scrap yard by me had 2 Gen 1 shos. And since I am cool with the owner, he says I can take EVERYTHING off them for 250. EVERYTHING, including bumper covers, engines, trans, interiors(one has the sunroof and a FLAWLESS black leather interior). So, it's pretty much what does anyone need.
