hey guys,

it's have been just 6 weeks /1200 miles since i had a new clutch kit installed and new rod bearing on my 93 SHO.. well i also had the subframe replaced because of the old one had some rust in it ?? anyway.. the problems i am having which i am posting here are

1-. i hear a ticking noise from the mid center and little further ( but not sure sometimes left and sometimes right side of t he intake)of the intake manifold.. i was wondering if my vaves need adjusting, is it a timimg belt tensioner or a timing belt ,, or is my SHO recalling SOS for 120K even though hasnt been there yet ..

2-. and the second thing i also hear a whistling thing while the car is on and also driving like -->>> fshsfshfshfsh,, :oogle: .. kinda makes me worry now what is going on..

3-. after i had the subframe installed along with new control arms, and cup style aluminum subframe bushings, now my car feels like a front wheel has loose lugs because teh steering wheel goes left and right like a wheel is aboit to come off the car... and it woobles at like 20-40 mp/h .. is it because my car needs an alignment cause the steering wheel is like 15-20* off to the left, or is it now my wheel bearings???.. the right side seems to have been replaced from the previous owner beacuse the wheel studs are shorter than the front left side wheel..

any info appreciated.. thanks guys...

Subframe replacement and bushing replacement

One thing that I know and is highly recommended is that once you change your subframe bushings, alignment may be off. When I did my subframe bushings, I took it in for an alignment and it needed some adjustment.

As for the other issues you are having, perhaps other members can try to decipher exactly what the problem is. Good Luck.
