 So i was traveling down hwy 2 in elco going towards 35. I decided to drop the hammer and top the sho out. Well I was at a buck 20 and decidedto slow down because i was getting close to the highway, get down to 60, i turn my high beams off and a second later the ******* sheriff rolls by me going the opposite way. My buddy who was in the car with me broght that to my attention and i was relieved that i was smart and slowed down when i did. :hail:

He would have had a very difficult time catching up to you by the time you rolled off the road and hid in the cave.

Thats happened to me before, except i never slowed down. I was heading up I-35 about 5 miles from the Missouri boarder. I was booking along doing a good 110-120. KCK cop passed by and i saw him pretty much lock his brakes up and try to cross the median. I dropped a gear and kept going. Close call.

I would never do that again though. God how stupid i was when i was young(er).

Nice, I almost had the same thing happen to me this summer on the way back from wis. I was going down the highway with the cruise set at a buck 5 for like 20 minutes and i started aproaching some cars so i slowed down as soon as a did i saw a fookin cop. A few more seconds and i woulda been toast.

On the way back from the meet in Hinkley we all just about got busted. I think our average speed was at least 90mph. We got into forest lake and 2 unmarked troopers came up on my brother, he was at the back of the pack, both looked his car over, and took off again.

We then got to the split and my brother and i went 35E, and everyone else went 35W with the troopers just behind. I am going to assume that they were looking for my plate, because it would be the easiest to remember if someone called us in. Luckily, no one was pulled over.

yeah iv done that before, i was doin 120 and realized that i was about to pass a police station, but it was to late to slow down so i just hammered it and hoped for the best. No cops ever came after me but i bet they herd my intake blow by from inside pretty well.

I used to live in Mission for about a year. I moved out because they always would follow me around and harass me. The same cop wrote me (and i kid you not) 22 tickets in a 3 month period. All he would do is follow me around town every time he saw me. Sgt. Meyers (the guy in the Explorer) would sit in my apt's parking lot and when he would see me leave, he would follow me. One time, he had the balls to follow me straight into KCK and nearly to Missouri up I-35! Only 3 were speeding tickets(37-30, 31-25, and 69-60). The rest were stupid stuff like, blowing yellow lights (an offense in Mission btw... same as running a red light), no signal when changing lanes, license plate loose, bald tires, noise ord. violation (straight through non-muffler mustang ftl lol)... Crap like that. I took them to court and i got all my money back for all of the tickets that were issued by him plus 500 in punitive damages because i complained of missed work for court dates and such. Mission is a bitch to say the least. The above is why i moved out of Mission and back to wyco... I love KCK so much more. Shoot, some of the KCK cops will race me when they see me go by

When I lived in Westport I RARELY got messed with, but in Kansas giving tickets is a true money maker, they are heinous about it!!
