I came into a set of allessio wheels really cheap ( free) however they came off a 97 Pontiac gtp what would it take and is it possible to convert my 92 sho to make them fit?

You can redrill the front hubs to 5x4.5 but there's not enough meat on the rears to do it. Best bet is selling them and buying a set for the SHO.

Oh, and you can get adapter plates, but they might mess up the offset (not sure) and they'd likely cost (almost) as much as wheels that fit anyway.

Thanks for the info. I ll be selling them then, they looked too good next to the car so i figured I'd try

Search, someone was working on a 5 x 4.5 conversion using rear Probe GT hubs.
