All interior lights stuck on???

So all the lights in my car are stuck on, the two courtesy lights, the over head dome light and the light that shines down by the foot brake (maybe more, its day out.) The door ajar light is functional and is not on. But I remember the "Auto Lamp" slider and how If I slide it all the way up that it would turn on all the interior lights and it used to make a click. Now it does nothing, slide it up and down and nothing happens? I took out all the light bulbs I could for now so it wouldn't **** my battery. what is it? I tried the fuse and got nothing.

You did check the dimmer dial too right? That will set the interior lights on if you have that all the way bright.
