Air\Fuel Ratio Gauge install price

hey guys just wanted to know if u guys think this price is a lil steep. i just called my local performance shop and asked them how much it would be to install this Auto Meter Cobalt Series Air\Fuel Ratio gauge and they wanted $170 for the install!? does that price sound a lil steep or is that about right? thx guys and hear from ya'll soon!

It's a pretty easy install. There's only 3 wires...

check summit racing for the gauge price, then decide how much the install is worth to you. I would pick a diffrent gauge first, but the install is easy for the A/F meter.

That price is a pure rip-off. I'll look andfind my instructions tonight then get them to you real easy to install. the hardest part is figuring out where you want the gage.

thx guys, i already bought my A\F Gauge (bought it on eBay for $65 with shipping!)i thought that price for the install was a rip-off. i know its only 3 wires but the only thing im worried about is messin up my O2 sensors. if anyone has an easy install instruction they would be greatly appreciated!

Generally you can tap into the 02 sensor wiring, or into the ECU Wiring Harness...when I had my mustang, I tapped into the wiring harness instead of the 02 sensor.
