Ok I know I asked this before but it was also a really long time ago and a lot of new people have joined since then. I am looking to remove my passenger air bag because I feel they do more damage in a wreck and that place is perfect for the TV :D My question is if I do this and then reconnect the battery will it possibly deploy the driver bag? Or might I start getting an air bag code? I am more worried about deployment since I could always remove the bulb. Was wondering if anyone who has put on an after market steering wheel has run into any of these problems. Thanks again.

I dont think it would deploy the drivers bag, but cant be 100% sure on that.. As far as doing more damage... how so? It doesnt break the windshield, and may save a life of a passenger...? Maybe take the seatbelt out to save space? I wouldnt do it, 99% sure it would throw an airbag light, but i wouldnt mess with that system, you run the risk of yours never going off, and a passenger splitting their skull on a tv screen... tool HAHA sorry im trying out the new smiles...
