I installed Pilot foglights in my gen.3 awhile back. I am using a relay with the power wire running to the parking lights. It has been workng fine, until NOW. Neither light will come on. The bulbs are not blown either. Where do I start? Can the relay go bad?

How did you have the relay hooked up? Was there a fuse in-line with terminal 30 or 87 going to the relay? Did you check all the grounds?
