Aftermarket ECM for a 95 gen 2

looking for a aftermarket ECM for a gen 2 that will allow the engine fuel above 7300RPM can anyone help

There is no aftermarket ecm that will do that unless you go with a complete stand alone system. To do what you need to do you'll need a program chip. Tweecer, and Quarterhorse are the two main options. They are not plug and play though.
