moding alarm to shut off fuel?

I had my keys stolen from the auto-shop at school and had to ride home with my buddy to get my spare keys and return back to get the car. Since I dont keep anything short of dust and school books in my car there was nothing to steal. I was wondering if it would make a good alarm/theft prevention for the car by hooking a good alarm (viper or whatnot) and also including a fuel pump shutoff for when it's armed. To me it sounds like a good idea. I did get the keys back btw, turns out no-one stole anything. I dropped them in an empty solvent tank and never thought to look there.

It is illegal to have a alarm system that could potentially shut down a vehicle while in motion. If you had it to cut the fuel pump off and you bump the arm button or the unit faults it could stop your car in traffic. Which also I heard but am not positive the you would get a ticket for and insurance would not cover damages obtained in these cercumstance.

unless thats impossible. my mom's volvo OEM keyfob does nothing when the car is on. unlock/lock/panic completely disabled

i bought my sho with an aftermarket alarm, it has a starter disable so you cant start the car, ive tryed many ways only to start it is unlock it with the remote
