Is there a correct position to install these regarding the adjustable section. Closer to the torque box or the hub? Is there a big difference in applied force for either position at the connector? Does anyone know how they're installed from the GM factory?

It shouldn't make any difference as far as strength is concerned, but the adjuster is easier to reach if its on the wheel end of the arm.

I've always read that it should be on the outside (closest to the wheel) so that they can be adjusted with the car sitting on the ground at ride height.
