I have heard of people adding key-less entry fobs to their gen 1s, but not real much on people adding them to a gen 2 that did not come with one. My rare green 93 ATX doesn't have key-less on the door and doesn't appear to have the programming pins in the trunk on the left under the carpet. I have heard of SHOs having the remote feature without the jumper pins in the trunk. How do I check to see if I have key-less on mine? Is it going to be a module in the glove box? Also what does the compatible FOB look like?

Ugh, after some searching I found out I'd have to tear apart the interior. :(

I'll take a picture of the module in the rear later and maybe you guys could tell me if it is the correct one. Maybe I'm lucky and it is and my door was just replaced with a no-keyless door. My car has every other option....

I doubt you have keyless entry, I have a 94 ATX and I searched my car up and down to see if it had it. I did find out though that mine had the factory Ford alarm and I was able to get a remote for it.

the trunk module for remote keyless will have an antenna wire coming out of the side of it. at least the one in my 94 does and my 92 parts car does not although they both have the number pad on the door.

My 95 doesn't have the keypad on the door, but I found a black Ford Alarm box under the carpet near the driver's kickpanel. I also see a siren/speaker thing mounted in the engine bay. I got a key fob with the car but it doesn't work (and yes I tried new batteries. lol) Any suggestions on where to go from here?

I have seen the replacement remotes on ebay for $20, maybe a little more and they come with instructions on how to program them.
