What high and low slopes are you using if you are running 48# Accel injectors?
Thanks

If using BE, I would start with 46.5 / 56 ...... Of course you will need to adjust offset at least by a 1/3.

I always wondered why the stock XJ2 had such a large slope for the stock injectors (27/72 or something). Everything I have read on slopes suggests numbers much more in line with what you guys are using, actual injector size x 1.15-1.25.

I don't even know if I am suppose to mention this or not ... BUT I will. I know I will open up a can of worms on this one ... this is a very recent development.

The injector slopes are WRONG in Caledit. BE has it right, thanks to Adam Marrer. Caledit labels the High Slope as the Low Slope, AND lables a just recently found setting used only for idle (Mass Air Flow adder idle setting) as the High Slope. The actual High Slope setting isn't there in Caledit. The reason we were able to tune with Caledit, is that in the Ford 2 slope stragety, the Low Slope becomes an "adder" once it passes the breakpoint. The crazy 72 injector setting is actually a miss calculated air flow setting.

So the high slope of 27 is actually supposed to be the low slope? Or perhaps you switched high slope vs low slope?

So, if I am still using Caledit, what can I do? Or should I junk it and go with BE? I DL'd BE, but there is no SHO folders that I could find. Is this what I pay Adam for, the SHO folders?

Sorry to get off track Marcel.

Yes, you pay Adam for the Strategy. He also gives you a small tutorial around BE which was VERY helpful.

Maybe you have it backwards, I was trying to call and he was on the phone with you. But I did get though before the end of the night.

Haha, glad I could cause you some trouble then Marcel! I talked with Adam today and am now playing with the strategy in BE. I can not believe how much more useful it is than CalEdit.
