Ok, my car is still plagued with an electrical problem and I noticed something today when I tried to use the ac. I was doing a steady 30 in second gear and about every 30 seconds the car would surge for a second and then go back to normal. It would only do it while the ac was on. Can that be caused by a bad ac clutch or ????? The plugs, wires, belts, etc. are all new. Please help.

Use a pressure gauge and find out what the pressure is at on the low side. It should be right around 25 psi. If it is, then change your AC clutch cycling switch. I've gone through 4 switches in 5 yrs. About $30 at Ford.

That doesn't sound too bad then, I have started to expect the worst anymore. Thanks.
