i have a 1995 SHO and am experiencing issues with the climate control;

i had freeon added for the car and the climate control worked fine for about a month; throughout that time i noticed a click around the climate control area and the ac would switch from cool air to warm. it eventually worsened and now blows out nothing but hot air again... anybody have any suggestions??

thanks in advance

You are leaking refrigerant. Namely R134a. Next question is from where. You'll need a shop with refrigerant sniffers or some other means to find the leak. They'll then need to replair the leak and then recharge the system with refrigerant.

A/C systems are a big pain and fairly costly because of the labor involved. Good luck. --I'm in the middle of replacing all my main hoses under the hood. Not fun.

thanks for the replies. i had originally thought it was the blend door actuator because of the clicking in the panel then the change of temp. is there anything that i can do to have the blend door open rather than have it at a shut postion so that i can at least get warm air instead of hot?

do an A/C self test before you call it a BDA. Plus there is a fuse for it (I forget which # it is) so check the fuse before you tear the dash out (I made that mistake)
