So, last august when I replaced my AC compressor, I stopped by the dealer to source four of the O-ring seals on the AC compressor manifold, but they didn't have a part number for them. They gave me two larger seals, but they obviously weren't going to fit.

Anyone have a source, or a part number, for these seals?

EDIT: I found what appears to be the correct seal at a local FoMoCo dealer. They are red and carry the P/N:YF 1475

a/c o'rings

Solidstate,

I found the manifold o'rings at Napa. I took the old ones with me and matched them. It probaly does not matter, but the ones I bought were blue in color. Something to go by anyway. They had them loose in a a/c o'ring box below the counter. Mike

I had the dealer source me some when I redid my AC system about a year ago. I don't have a part number...sorry. However, they just brought up a picture of the SHO's AC system - got the part number from the picture and ordered them. The original number has been superceded and had been replaced with a new one. They were red in color - perfect fit.

there are two different types of seals, and are colour based.

I had the dealer do the same thing, but there was no part number listed for the seals. In fact, they believed that the AC manifold only had two ports on it...
