I have a 95 sho and the AC Compressor has started grinding and sqealing, especially so when it enguages on. The AC only blows hot air now.
I figure its the bearings? Is it possible to replace the bearings on a 95 or do i need to buy a whole new compressor? I wont be able to fix this for a while because I cant afford to right now. If I leave it is this going to get any more drastic than just an annoying noise?

Could be the bearing or the clutch. Both are replacable with the compressor remaining in place. Yes it could get worse, the compressor could seize up, breaking more stuff.
