theres an extra hose going to my caliper that wasnt on my 89 that i recently worked on and my question is how do i get it off? its not a nut but a star shaped thing on the part i'm trying to get off...
Pliers and wrenches havent worked so i'm wondering if anyone knows what tool i need or have made it out of some thing else...?

Once i get this knuckle and strut assembly off i can drop my subframe and tranny and hopefuly have it all back together by monday... :thumb:

Edit: Also would u know whether or not i need to clamp it before taking the end off to make sure i dont get brake fluid leaking...? i dont mind it leaking some... just dont wanna have to refill the entire system when its not needed...

That would most likely be what it is, seeing that 89's did not have anti-lock brakes.
