hi i have a 93 mtx and my abs light is stuck on. my brakes seem to be working as normal. it used to come on when i punched the gas and lost traction, now it just stays on. i had the brakes checked and they had plenty of life left.

I had the same problem when i first bought my car. I got a used abs computer and switched em out, and havent seen the abs light since. I see em on ebay all the time for less than $20 ussually. Other people may have better input but thats what worked for me

The ABS light comes on to signal that the ABS system has self-tested and has failed. The ABS system goes offline, the light comes on, and you have your basic power brakes.
Swapping the ABS computer at this point is just guessing, a practice strongly discouraged.
