ABS hubs on non-ABS car

A quick back story. I have a 13" PBR brake kit that I want to install on my 89. I know I need 94-95 hubs to do so. Do I have to have SHO hubs or will any Taurus do? And, does it have to be from a non-ABS equipped car?

Forgive my ignorance, but I was always under the impression that all Gen 2 Tauri had ABS. When I went to my favorite auto recycler he asked if I wanted w or w/o ABS. Of course, all they have is the ABS equipped units.

For the record, I ran a number of searches prior to posting this. I am confident the information is there, but the wording of my searches have not been quite right. Flame away if you must.

On a semi-related note, will the myriad (Jegs, ebay, etc.) of braided steel brake lines for the SHO work with the PBRs?

I have a set of knuckles from a 95 taurus without ABS that I will sell you for $50 plus actual shipping. (and of course I will make a donation to the SHOFORUM if they sell) I pulled them myself from a 95 with 87,000 miles. I was excited to find them at my local small junkyard and I didn't even pay attention that they didn't have ABS. The bearings "feel" ok but if it were me I would change them.

You can use a knuckle that has ABS, it doesn't matter. You just take the ABS sensor out. The only different between the knuckles is the tab for the ABS sensor. I don't know why Ford didn't just make one set of knuckles, it would have saved them tooling costs.

The Earl's hyperflex lines that Jegs has listed for the SHO fit the PBR calipers. The lines are a little tight at full droop on the front. On my 8" wide wheels they rub the inside edge of the rim when the wheel is turned full lock.

Could you check shipping to area code 98370? If its less than $26 I think I'll go for it. (The local boneyard hubs will run me $75 and change with tax.)

I have been really busy lately and only stop by the forum once in a while and read a few of the top posts. I checked the post office and their site says $33.11 for parcal post. I estimated a weight of 35lbs. I weighed one hub and it is 15 lbs. UPS wants $37.10. If you weren't so far away...... Let me go check fed ex.........

I just checked Fedex and it says $23.85 I have never shipped anything Fedex. On second thought, I will check with a friend of mine who's brother runs a Fedex ground route. He may be able to get me a deal on shipping, not sure. I will get back to you later sunday night.
