ABS checking the codes?

How do you check the codes for the ABS? Is it anything like the "paperclip" trick? Pictures and any visual aids are much appreciated.

I've still got that ABS light on in my dash, that's driving me nuts. Thks.

Does the light flash when first started? If so it is showing two digit codes.

No, the light is always on, has been for the past 8 months. I know it going to be lots of work to determine which part or sensor it could be, if I could only pinpoint to the exact part or location.

If it does not flash when first started you will need a scanner to read the codes.
