I was installing another coil pack on my SHO, and was wondering what that wire does that is held on by one of the four screws that hold the coil pack in place?
Well, I can't lie here. I had a bad night I would say...LOL! Would you believe I snapped THREE of the four bolts right in half during the install? Unbelievable, but I'm serious. The first one when taking it off, and the other two when installing the darn thing. Now I can't get a screw in there to hold the thing down!!!!! The wire has a metal piece on it, and I'm clueless as to what it's function is.
* Believe it or not the car seems to run BETTER during the test drive without it attached!
