SHOOFF508
Out of Retirement (again)
Upon purchase of my new 94 MTX i can see it has a few common issues, one i noticed today was my plugwells have oil in them and the plugs are almost completely submerged...(the car still runs perfict hahaha) well anyway, ive never had the divine privlage of pulling valve covers off an SHO, i am familar with how to remove the intake/snakes. Once i have the valve covers off can i remove the plugwells are the threaded into the head so i can drain the oil from them, or should i simply remove the sparkplugs and allow the oil to drain into the cylanders ? or simply do i have to sop it up with a rag/screwdriver poking ?
any ideas ?
