ok, irst of all, i hear a lot about the 91+ with its "bubble hood" can anyone show me a picture of this ? secondly, vavle cover gasket set by Felpro contains the plug well seals ? if so, anyone know the part # ? Auto-Zone lists them at 71.99, part number is VS50378R.

I dont know about the gaskgets, but a lot of 91s (not just the plus's) came with a fiberglass hood. If you look at one with a metal hood, and then a glass hood, you will see the plus hood has a very descreat power bulge. The metal ones have a small crease going down the center. (Thats how it is on my friends 89)

That is the correct part #,and yes they do come with the plug well seals.I own both a regular 91 and the 91+ option,I do not have a picture on my sig.You can view my photo album at www.hpphoto.com.

thanks, the reason i asked about the hood is somewhere i saw that ONLY the 91+ came with the 'glass bubble hood. my 91 is not a + and it has the bubble hood. as for the part number verification, thanks bunches :) (fixin to start gathering what i need for 60K service...)

Here is your Richardson neighbor's 1991 non-Plus SHO that came with the fiberglass hood. Some, not many, of the 91s came with the hood until Ford had a problem with delaminations.
