I have a 95 sho that had a miss at idle. I checked the sparkplugs and thay had the typical oil in them. So I did a plug change and used bosh platinum plugs. The miss went away and the car ran smooth, but it also lost power. I ran the plugs for about 1 week. Gas milage was also terrible. I then switched back to a new set of autolite platinums. I got the power back, but I now have that miss again???? Any ideas?????

Check the codes. If you don't have any codes you the miss might be caused by the spark plug wires.
The car has no codes. The wires might be the problem. I guess I will replace them to.

Did you replace the sparkplug well seals? If not, oil is still leaking down and fouling up the plugs

There is no more oil in the wells. The miss went away with the bosch plugs, but I notice a loss of power and milage and the second I put in autolites it started up again, but i got the power back?????? It seems to be getting worse :madflame:
