My A/C blows ice cold when the engine is first started, but when the engine gets to temp it blows warm air and eventually hot air. Replaced the A/C cycling switch and have added refrigerant. Any other ideas?

Is the clutch actually pulling in? Sounds like a shimectomy is required.

If the ac compressor is not at fault then it may be in the plenum.
If you have EATC the blend door may be at fault.
It may be allowing the heat from the heater core into the airflow.

Clamp the rubber heater hose closed at the firewall to rule out a heat/cold mixing problem.

Is your rad fan turning on with the AC? Start the car, set it to max AC, and take a look under the hood to make sure the rad fan comes on.

you are describing the classic symptoms of a a/c clutch with too large of gap - it will pull in when the engine is cold, so the a/c works fine, and as the engine warms, the clutch will engage less consistently and eventually not engage at all. so, I would verify that the clutch is really engaging when the a/c is blowing hot - the clutch is the most likely culprit.

if not, the next likely culprit is a sick ccrm (or bad connector) that does not turn on the cooling fans all the time, such that air is not drawn across the condensor as needed to make the a/c operate properly.
