A/C is blowing hot - passenger side only

Hey guys,

Just moved to Puerto Rico and it's pretty damn warm, sooo time to finally get this issue fixed...
My A/C blows cold, but the passenger side blows hot.
Bad blend door actuator?

Yes, blend door actuator. Not sure which one but when mine was blowing only cold on the passenger side, it was the one inside the glove box to the left, hidden by a giant pack of wires. I think there are 3 total, one super easy to get to and two that aren't quite as easy.
