I have a 95 ATX and need a new compressor, are they all the same throught 92-95 ATX-MTX, if they are I might have found one at a salvage yard?

Every V6 SHO uses the Nippondenso 10P15F compressor, ATX or MTX, 1989-1995. Pre-94 will all be from an R-12 system, and will need to be filled with R-134A-compatible oil (some say mid-'93 was the change over to 134, although I've yet to see a '93 with a 134 label from the factory).

If you can afford it, I'd recommend buying a rebuilt compressor, a new drier and a new orifice. About $400 total at places like AutoZone, and will usually have at least a year warranty, and IMHO will be the best option if you really like to have A/C reliably! :)
