Right now I am without A.C. in my 94 ATX 142,000miles I think that the compressor is not kicking in right now (posably a wireing issue)
I had somewhat cold air A few weeks ago then **** overnight nothing but hot air. either the compressor is failing to kick in or I suffered a sudden complete loss of refrigerant (R-134a) charge.

Before this issue the blower motor always seemed kind of weak compared to other SHO's that I have been in. both r-12 and r-134a My car just does not seem like it is pushing enough volume of air, even when the tep was cold coming out of the vents

Can anyone relate to this or have any thoughts to share on Any or all of this:
what to look for when checking the compressor wires? should I be able to hear the copressor run/clutch engagement

Thanks,

I love all the info this site has!

I've heard it is behind the SHO logo on the passenger-side dashboard. If this is indeed the case, I'd think it would be easily accessible by dropping the glove compartment and reaching up.

Yes that sounds about right on the location ....I reset the EATC codes by removing the battery terminal still no cold air So I question the fact that sensor is causing my troubles

my compressor clutch is definatly not cycleing on .....I tryed the tap method not any luck there.......I will try the jumper trick in the morning
