Used or new? The answer to a broad question is it depends. Some are available from big box autoparts stores. Ebay is always an option. I would buy from SHO source when it makes sense to keep them active and rewarded for sticking with the platform and owners over a long time.

Start with Rockauto, which gives you the part numbers (both Ford and the manufacturers) and go the ebay or the equivalent with the numbers alone, as sometimes more description leads to more grief.

Ok guys so I have white smoke coming from my exhaust. Cracked head gasket? Plus engine is leaking pretty good. Any ideas guys????

The engine I have in has the cams welded so I want to keep it and rebuild if I need to

When is the last time you changed the oil? If you are due for an oil change, drain it and see if it looks like a milkshake. (Coolant mixed with engine oil). An alternate thing to do is take the cap off the coolant bottle and see if it smells "burnt".

Is it blowing white smoke all the time or just on start-up/warm-up?

There are kits to check hg leaks. Like the one for testing combustion leaks in coolant.

Ok guys no the oil is not like a milkshake. I have lots of work on my SHO 
I will get her going the engine topped up then work my way to everything else

I've seen a few over the years but I can't recall an off the shelf item for purchase still around today. The numbers are so low
