I have 90SHO and I have just put some slicers on it. Are all the slicers the same? I know that 94 and up got some biger rotors and the hub diametar is bigger. Will the slicers from 92 fit on 94 due to different hub diametar? Do I have to use my old hub with 94 knockles? How hard is to get the ABS sensors out of the knuckles?

All slicers are the same size and hub diameter. The only change the slicers made were from unidirectional, to directional, and the country they were made in.
Yes, it's true the brake setup changed in 94, but not drastically, so you don't have to change hubs or anything.
The abs sensors don't come out easily, especially for those in the 'rust belt' err, I mean snow belt.

With a 90 you WILL need the 94 and up knuckle to do a 96 brake upgrade.

Of course, after I reread your post, I see you have the 94 knuckle. Sometimes I wish I had went to school!

The hub is the part that the wheel bolts to and is the same for all SHOs and SLOs (as well as Sables and certain Continentals). The knuckle is the part that the caliper, strut, control arm, tie-rod end, ect bolt to and are different depending on year. When you get knuckles from the boneyard they will come with hubs since they are pressed in.

As for the ABS sensor, be very careful with the ABS sensor! It is quite fragile. The housing is plastic and the sensor that points at the ABS ring is thin aluminum. After removing the retaining bolt, GENTLY twist the housing with pliers. If the aluminum sensor doesnt turn with it, stop. You will have to press it out. About half that I have done had to be pressed. I use a small gear puller and a flat piece of steel between the sensor and the center bolt of the puller.

Seeing that you have 4 SHOs (three more than me) you must have landed a decent job without having to. :)
