Depends on the plugs but I think they should be changed every 60k.

Im glad the Ford service advisor i talked to mentioned valve adjustment (Which I took as the shims)while the midas guy told me there was no reason to do a valve adjustment on these cars. Shows how much he knows. The guy actually though I had a regular taurus 3.0..ouch!
