94 Mtx stiff gas pedal

Hey guys me again. I've noticed that my gas pedal is a little stiff and when it's pushed down passed half way it gets even stiffer almost like it's being blocked or something..... Any ideas?.... Thanks

the cable is probably bad.

I would twist open the throttle plate at the throttle body to make sure there is nothing sticking there, but most likely you need a new throttle cable.

I was afraid of that.... Where do I get a new cable.....I heard they were really hard to find?
