I'm about to do the PBR front brake upgrade and have slowly been collecting everything. Do the new knuckles require different lower control arm to knuckle pinch bolts and nuts? So far I've got the knuckles with new bearings, new axle nuts, various caliper to knuckle bolts from 94 and 96 taurii, and the strut pinch bolts from a 95. I've read that the only difference is the spindle. In that case, I'm guessing the exhaustive parts list goes against reusing old nuts and bolts? Somebody please help me out here. I'd hate to rip it down and be left stranded without a measly bolt. That would blow.

I don't have a fastener list but the nuts and bolts are all the same for the different knuckles.

You can't use the spindle-to-bracket bolts from the '96+ spindles because they are longer and will interfere with the rotor (the mounting boss on the '96+ aluminum knuckles are thicker than on the steel '94/'95 knuckles). If you go to http://www.shonutperformance.com he has a list of all the fasteners on his brakes and suspension pages.
