Yea my car has about 2 to 3 different suspension noises and i have no idea what any of them are. I have a thud noise, a rickety noise and a popping noise if i turn a certain way. Its getting progressively worse. When i bought the car it only had one noise. I know this sounds vague and childish but i dont know a thing about taurus suspension.

well anyone can correct me if i am wrong but a thud noise usually indicates that the struts are bad. As for the other two i really do not know.

Got a jack? You can check your tie rod ends, ball joints, and wheel bearings very easily.

Raise one front wheel off the ground. Jackstands are highly recommended, especially if using the SHO's jack. Grab the wheel at 9 o'clock and 6 o'clock and try to wiggle it back and forth. If you can feel much movement your tie rod ends need attention. Now do the same thing at 12 and 6 o'clock. Movement there indicates a bad ball joint on the lower control arm. Finally, if you can grab the wheel at any position and find play, you got a bad bearing. While you're there you can grab the sway bar end-links too and give them a shake to see if there's any play there.
