Here are some pics of my 93 MTX, I purchased this sho 7 years ago for $200, was a crank no start (needed CCRM). The ODO reads just a little over 74,000, I did some body work on it over the past few years, such as replacing both front door shells, front and rear rocker panel sections (made my own). Repaired the rt qtr panel by rt tail lamp 6hrs damage. Repaired misc dings and dents and finally painted the complete sho in my garage approx a year ago. The cosmetic end is finally finished, and now I can move on to doing the mechanical work such as valve seals, upper and front 60K's, exhuaust, brakes and susp work. I am hoping to have this sho on the road this spring. It took me 4 ever to get this far since having two kids and little time since buying the sho. Sorry for the long post and thanks to everyone on this forum for all the tips and technical info.

I like it, nice job with all your work.

Thanks! I am trying to find the before pics, they are somewhere on a 3.5 floppy in archives. I am hoping to have this sho ready for the convention in July, which is a stones throw from my house.

Nice Work!!
We should get together soon.
Is she drivable?

Not road worthy yet, need to do brakes, and the standard maint, along with other misc mechanical work (struts, springs, high flow Y pipe and cat back exhaust. Then I can finally get this registered and plated afte 7 years in the garage.

Hey SHOBill I see you are a huge SHO enthusiast, do you by chance have any shims you would be willing to sell? I have the Rotunda tool kit and plan on doing my 60K soon along with valve seals. I see you are in Rochester, I am not too far from ya, I live in Dearborn near Southfield and Outer Dr.

Nice talking to ya.

Update 2/21/10,

being a mild day in Michigan, I was able to find some time today to get the intake and valve covers off to prep for the valve seals and 60k maint. It actually feels good to start getting somewhere on the mechanical end. Here are a few pics of the progress. Check out the two blown out spark plug boots, these were on the back side of the engine.

God I want that car. The only thing it's missing is black interior! Good luck with it.

Awesome! Keep up the good work, car looks great! It's great to see some people restoring these things rather than part them out or junk them.
